In January 2025, BearPlex built and launched hqenergy.ca — a multi-page WordPress site covering Solar (Residential and Commercial), Roofing, and supporting pages. Since launch, we've shipped iterative additions including the dedicated Roofing page (October 2025), GHL form integration, team page management, copy refinements, and ongoing maintenance.
HQ Energy has now rebranded. New logo. New palette — black, gold, crisp white. New positioning — CLEAN · RELIABLE · LOCAL. And a sharper geographic focus on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland rather than all of Western Canada.
This proposal covers the work to migrate the existing site to the new brand identity, restructure the page architecture to match the refined service offering, and elevate the entire experience to match the more premium, architectural feel of the new HQ Energy.

/residential, /commercial, /solar-education, and /blogs to appropriate destinations.sitemap.xml and robots.txt with the new page architecture.srcset, lazy-loading on below-the-fold imagery.Below is what each of the nine pages receives. The volume here is intentional — the rebrand is not a reskin, it is a structural pass over every surface of the site.
To translate scope into something measurable — these are the concrete units of work this engagement produces.
The speed comes from a known codebase and a tight methodology — not from cutting corners. Here is how we work.
Every pixel is approved in Figma before a line of code is written. No surprises in development, no rebuilding from scratch when something's off.
Our team reviews every page across all four breakpoints before sharing the staging link with you. You see polished work, not first drafts.
Two structured rounds of feedback are built into the timeline. Anything beyond the agreed scope is flagged transparently before any extra work begins.
Taimoor manages the engagement directly. No handoffs, no telephone game, no waiting for the right person to respond on WhatsApp.
Brief progress updates land in WhatsApp every working day during active phases — so you always know exactly where the project stands.
Two full WordPress backups (pre-migration + post-deployment) so a rollback is one command away if anything unexpected happens.
Per the agreement we settled in October 2025, any new request that falls outside the scope above — additional pages, e-commerce, integrations, copywriting beyond refresh, brand-asset creation — will be quoted as a separate proposal before work begins. Minor in-scope tweaks during the included revision rounds remain free.
